I started AV Services Tech in Nov 2014 after more than 20 years working in the family business.  From the age of 7, I was cleaning the floors and tools and getting all dirty.  My dad would bring me to the shop on weekends, while he was hustling away on a lathe and milling machine to do a job for a customer.  It also gave mom a break!  After high school, I worked full time as an apprentice machinist and then as a machinist.  Later, I continued my education and graduated May 1996 from Concordia University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

I started at the very bottom and worked my ranks.  After graduating I began as a quality control inspector and quickly managed the QA department.  I implemented the first QA program and led it to certification.  After some years I was promoted to production manager.  That was really challenging because I was managing various departments including production planning, quality, purchasing & engineering.  Needless to say, it kept me on my feet!   Afterwards I went on as Vice President of Sales.  Here I was responsible for the estimation department, sales and business development.

You’re not just buying a product or service; you’re buying peace of mind.

From my early years in university and those working in the fabrication and machining industry, the transformation of materials has always fascinated me.  My mission is simple.  Listen to the customers and work with them to provide the best possible added value, high quality products and services at affordable prices.  I bring you 30 years of industrial manufacturing knowledge and hands-on experience, combined with up to 50 years of indisputable technical knowledge of the companies I represent.

The most important thing I have learned throughout the years is that whatever product or service you’re selling, make sure you offer quality and pay attention to details.  And, when things don’t work out as planned; keep the customer informed of what’s happening.  This has always been my motto.  I firmly believe in this.
